I am responsible for accounting for our foreclosure department. This includes submitting bills to clients for reimbursement, processing payments to vendors, accounts receivable and bookkeeping. I oversee the repair bid process and assist our foreclosure team with property inspections, utilities, tasks completion, and other requests.
