Real Estate Careers in Vermont
"Agent Support That Actually Shows Up"
At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Vermont Realty Group, we believe agents don’t need more noise— they need real support, clear systems, and leadership that’s present. We intentionally operate as a full-service brokerage with hands-on leadership, designed for agents who want a sustainable, professional real estate career — not a sink-or-swim model. Our support structure is built to scale with you, whether you are launching your career or refining an already successful business.
What "Support" Means Here
Professional & Transaction Support

Marketing & Visibility
- Professional brand alignment under the globally recognized Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network
- Brokerage-level marketing resources that elevate your personal brand
- Support with digital presence, listing exposure, and modern marketing tools
Training & Career Development
- Structured onboarding and launch support for new agents
- Ongoing skill development, market education, and business planning
- Mentorship and leadership access — not generic webinars
Leadership & Culture
- Sales leaders and managers who are actively producing and coaching
- A collaborative culture where knowledge is shared, not guarded
- Clear expectations, ethical standards, and accountability
Our agents choose us because they want clarity, consistency, and community — and they stay because the support evolves as their career does.
