When we met Bethany we knew we could work with her; she would not only understand our situation but not judge as a previous realtor had done. She was encouraging and helpful instead of disapproving. The first realtor we worked with was a man who basically didn't believe we would do what we said we wanted to or that we couldn't do it. That was just a phone conversation. The second realtor was a woman in NH who was disapproving and I don't think she had worked in VT much and didn't seem to know things we needed to know. Other than making the sale happen, the small things that Tina had done were appreciated the most such as being present when the inspector and maintenance people went to service the condo, helping me with upgrading the smoke/fire sensors, and even installing new floormats at the entrances of the condo to ensure the floor stay clean when potential buyers visit the place. She was very knowledgable about the area and the advantages of the different neighborhoods. One of our priorities for finding a house was proximity to biking and hiking trails. As we evaluated the home we eventually purchase Lisa sent us maps of the nearby trails. It was a huge help in making our decision.
