Jim Feinson is Chief Growth Office for Berkshire Hathaway Vermont Realty Group. In this role Jim oversees company marketing, human resources, financial and growth strategies. Jim was formerly the President and CEO of Gardener’s Supply Company, one of the nation’s largest multi-channel marketers of gardening products and accessories. Under Jim’s leadership, Gardener’s Supply won numerous local and national awards for their business success, innovative products, employee ownership, and community contributions. Jim serves as an Officer and Board member for many non-profits, including currently Kids Gardening, the Richmond Land Trust and the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps. Jim is a graduate of Cornell University and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
