I am extremely knowledgeable in many facets of the real estate industry. I have experience working for one of the largest residential and commercial real estate developers in the State of Vermont. I also have 16 years of experience working for the largest Bank in the Vermont as the Senior Vice President in charge of the servicing of all their mortgages, consumer, and commercial loans as well as their credit cards and leases.
I have personally invested in real estate for the last 50+ years which includes ownership of single family homes and rentals ranging from single family up to properties having as many as 16 units. I also have experience owning and subdividing vacant land.
I can assist you in most phases of real estate ownership with my experience in owning, renting, rehabbing (flipping), financing and development.
